Today an easy salad recipe with a delicious soy sauce dressing. Delicious for lunch, but can also be eaten as a main course. The recipe can also be adapted to personal preference. For example, add some fried mushrooms or sesame seeds. You could also adjust the dressing by, for example, replacing the soy sauce with a teriyaki sauce.
