250 g of Gnocchi
200 ml Cream
75 g Parmigiano Reggiano
Freshly ground pepper
Before you start. Plan the Parmigiano Reggiano and chop the parsley as fine as possible.
Boil a pan of water. Meanwhile, for the Parmesan cheese sauce, put the cream in a small pan and melt the Parmigiano Reggiano in it. Let the cheese melt slowly and therefore do not set the heat too high. As soon as the cheese sauce looks nice and liquid, it is ready.
Once the water boils, put the gnocchi in the pan. The Gnocchi is cooked as soon as the gnocchi floats on the surface of the water. The cooking process of gnocchi is generally only 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain the gnocchi in a colander and immediately put it back in the pan. Put the parsley in the pan together with the cheese sauce. Stir well and the gnocchi with Parmesan cheese sauce is ready to serve. When you serve the gnocchi garnish it with a little fresh parsley and grind some fresh pepper over it.
